Forbidden Truth started out in the year 2003 with a group of musicians who wanted to become part of the rebellion which music personifies. They wanted to start up a craze for a new genre of music which did not exist in Bangladesh previously. The name "Forbidden Truth", had a strong meaning which stands for all those secrets of the corrupt society, powerful nations and dirty politicians were forever "Forbidden" to reveal to the common public. They basically symbolize Truth. The genre of music "Melodic Death" was new to Bangladesh. After being inactive for over a decade, the band has released their full length self titled album in 2023.
